Dar Gonzo Backups — Privacy Notice

Dar Gonzo Backups is a private administrative tool operated by Dar Gonzo Resort & Spa, Marrakech. Its purpose is to protect CiGonzo operational records through backup and recovery.

 

Google Drive access

An authorised administrator connects the tool to Google Drive through Google’s sign-in process. The tool does not collect the administrator’s Google password.

The requested Google permission may allow access beyond the backup folder. Our backup configuration will target the designated folder.

Information and use​

Backups may contain guest, reservation, billing, account and operational records. Their purpose is business continuity and recovery. Backup data is not sold or used for advertising.

Protection and storage​

Cloud backup setup is currently in progress. Uploads will begin only after encryption has been configured and tested. Encrypted files will be stored in Google Drive. Access to backup files and recovery credentials will be restricted to authorised administrators.

Retention and revocation​

Backups will be retained according to the configured recovery schedule. The account holder can revoke Google Drive access through Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete files already stored.
